• Theme décor and entertainment are not reserved and are subject to availability until
contracted.

ADDITIONAL NEEDS
The items below are needed to complete the proposed event. Hello! Las Vegas will assist in
coordinating these items on behalf of client, but please note that client is responsible for
charges levied by the hotel/venue and its contracted providers. These rates are not controlled
by Hello! Las Vegas. Please contact your hotel/venue representative for estimated costs.
• Event Permits required by applicable county which may be needed for drape, risers, tents,
fire performers, pyro or fireworks. Additional fees may also be incurred for CAD drawings
required upon submission for permit.
• Electrical Services
• Rigging Services
• Drayage
• ++ Entertainment Rider requirements which may include: specific performance guidelines,
travel, electrical, staging, backline, sound, lighting, and green room with beverages and/or
meals.

NOTES
• All costs are based on a three hour event, unless otherwise noted.
• Entertainment pricing is based on a non-continuous performance unless otherwise noted.
• The Additional Needs above are contingent upon elements chosen from the proposal.
• Federal and Gaming laws prohibit Professional Gaming or exchange of money.
• Gaming tables do not come with chairs and / or barstools. Should the client want chairs
and / or barstools options will be available for an additional cost.
• For ice sculptures, the melting rate of the sculpture will vary based on the product size and
temperature of the event location.
• Municipal ordinances regarding noise, road closures, permitting, and environmental
concerns may result in additional charges.
• For most events, Hello! Las Vegas requires a minimum of four hours to set up and three
hours to strike. Additional set up and strike time may be required for certain events and
locations. Events with ceiling decoration require a minimum of eight hours set-up time.
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
