EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Dear Cindy,
Thank you so much for allowing us to present our ideas based on your needs for your May 2020 DISH
Team Summit. We too believe in listening to our customers and taking bold steps to make your event
the best that it can be. It has been such a fun week putting together this proposal for you. We are
ecstatic to be in consideration to partner with you on this program.
I definitely would like to schedule a call next week to review the proposal in a bit more detail but for a
quick summary, below is our understanding of your needs for the DISH Team Summit Kick Off Night,
along with a few of our thoughts:
Kickoff Night for 1,300 – 1,500 people at Caesars Forum Plaza – (Wednesday, May 6, 2020)
This night is the big kickoff for your annual DISH Team Summit. DISH retailers, partners and employees
come together for a fun night of networking. This group loves activations and their seating. The event
needs to have a cool factor, but this tech crowd doesn’t like anything too trendy. You want guests walking
away saying “WOW”, posting on social media and holding onto some lifelong memories. Below are the
three themes we have proposed and why we think they are a great fit for this evening.
Celestial Mirage
Celestial Mirage is all about your guests being transformed into an environment of the skies. Why I love
this theme for you is it ties in with your first ever product, the satellite. Although you are looking to the
future, you are doing so with the thing that brought you to where you are now.
Get The Edge
This theme is all about the future and even more so, the future of technology. This is exactly where you
are as a company right now. With your brand new announcement of home automation with OnTech
Smart Services, you are looking to the future and the endless possibilities for DISH.
Entwined Illusions
Networking is a big piece of this event, so we thought, why not make that the theme. Entwined Illusions
is all about bringing people together with a common thread. The activations this evening are
collaborative and bring your retailers, partners and employees together where it counts most.
What’s next…
Please know, this is just a stepping stone. Consider this the foundation to get the wheels turning and the
excitement ready for your 2020 DISH Team Summit. Following your review, we would like to schedule a
call to go through in more detail. From there, we can revise and recommend further adjustments, as
necessary. We truly look at this journey as a collaboration and we see ourselves as an extension of your
planning team.
We will be sure to work through all of the ditches with you to make sure all aspects of the event have lift
off through innovation and commitment.
