Thank you so much for allowing us to present our ideas based on your needs for the Gilead Sciences 2020 NSM. We too
obsess about our clients and it has been such a fun week putting together this proposal for you. We are ecstatic to be in
consideration to partner with your team on this program as we look forward to continuing the relationship between both
Opus and Gilead Sciences with the Hello! family.

I understand that not only choosing your Las Vegas DMC partner quickly is important to you and the planning team, but
finding the right venue options for this program is of the utmost importance as well. In order to ensure our proposed
ideas and thoughts (along with our commitment to excellence on your program) are translated well, I would like to
schedule a call following your receipt of this proposal to review the contents in a bit more detail. For a quick summary
upon your initial review, we have provided below our understanding of some of your main DMC-related components,
along with a few of our additional thoughts on your program:

 Offsite Party – 1600 guests (Tuesday, February 4, 2020)
o This evenings event is intended to take the group offsite for a party! We understand you need a venue such
as Brooklyn Bowl that can host the full crowd together for a fun, interactive and exciting experience.
o Please note that the challenge process for securing the space at Brooklyn Bowl has been initiated and will
continue moving forward with the receipt of the completed letter of intention and credit card
authorization.

 Presidents Club Dinner / Awards Gala – 1200 guests (Wednesday, February 5, 2020)
o This white glove dinner / awards gala is a celebration of the high achievers and is requested to be held in
high-end environment to match the importance of this evening. From spaces such as ballrooms to blank
slate tents – our team has found several options that are off-property of the Venetian to allow your group
an additional experience in our fabulous city. Should space be available and the desire exist, we can
absolutely create this event onsite at the Venetian. From our past experience with this program in Orlando,
we understand the care and detail that will go into this portion of the program and are ready to create the
magic of an unforgettable evening together!
 Celebration Lounge / Nightclub Party – 1600 guests (following Presidents Club Dinner)
o We understand that this afterparty is where all of the services lines will regroup together and join in
celebration as one. We understand your desire to host all 1600 guests under the same roof and have
selected venues that will allow for this group size, as well as the ability to enhance the event space with
entertainment and décor to ensure the evening is memorable.
o We didn’t forget about the gifting area during this portion of the evening. Each of the venues presented
here have either a built-in area we feel would be a great fit for this element, or the capacity for our
creative team to conceptualize and build out the appropriate space within the footprint of the event.

Please know, this is just a stepping stone. Consider this the foundation to get the wheels turning and the excitement
ready for your 2020 Gilead Sciences NSM program and site inspection. Following your review, we would like to schedule
a call to go through each option in more detail. From there, we can revise and recommend further adjustments, as
necessary. We truly look at this journey as a collaboration and we see ourselves as an extension of your planning team.
