Welcome to Santa Barbara! We understand that Kaiser Permanente’s decision for a DMC partner
will be based on service level, cost effective pricing, and creativity. This proposal is designed to
address these goals and priorities which are further outlined below.
> Service Level: Hello! California has an average score of 4.8 out of 5 on our client surveys and
a combination of over 80+ years of experience. Our clients can attest that we are flexible and
work well under pressure. Hello! has unique tools and systems in place to ensure we operate at
a high level consistently within all of our offices.
> Pricing: We have negotiated discounted pricing throughout all services and offered
concessions which are noted on the following page. Our hope is that you find significant value in
our buying power coupled with our outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
> Creativity: Onsite Theme Event: Our Creative Services team has outlined the Onsite Theme
Event with two options – Pop Art and California Dreaming, which will allow guests to fully
immerse themselves in the Santa Barbara paradise they’ll call home.
Gala Awards: Our Creative Services team has outlined the Gala Awards with two options –
Celestial Nights and Green with Envy, which will allow guests to have a night of decadence and
recognition.
Thank you for the opportunity to propose our services for the 2020 Kaiser Permanente
Excellence Awards program at The Ritz Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara in June 2020. We are
