Arrival and Departure Transportation
The pre-planning process begins upon receipt of your manifest. Hello! Las Vegas will schedule the necessary
equipment and staff to transfer your group between McCarran International Airport (LAS) and one Las Vegas
area hotel according to your final manifest. Any special requests, such as VIP transfers, shorter transfer time
frames and hotel greeters for smaller groups, may require additional vehicles and staff and will be billed
accordingly.
AIRPORT VEHICLE TRANSFERS INCLUDE
• Transfers every 15 – 20 minutes via deluxe vehicles as dictated by the manifest
• Uniformed staff assistance at LAS and at the hotel as dictated by the manifest
• Window of transfer service as specified
• 8½" x 11" color vehicle and staff signs
• Airport fees
