                  Dear Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Team,


                  Thank you for the opportunity to present our vision for continued Preferred Provider status with the
                  Wynn and Encore. Our Las Vegas team has extensive DMC experience in the local marketplace.
                  Among other Hello! team members, Craig Bullock (General Manager), Danelle Dodds (Director of
                  Sales), Ron Alvarez (Director of Operations), and Amy Carroll (Account Executive) are fixtures within
                  the Las Vegas hospitality industry. This experience, combined with Hello!’s resources and proven
                  status as an exclusive or preferred DMC, makes us an excellent Preferred Provider candidate. We
                  will demonstrate in the following pages that Hello! Las Vegas is best positioned to deliver on the
                  following goals:


                  1.  OUTSTANDING GUEST EXPERIENCES:  When your guests have outstanding experiences,
                      meeting planners and meeting owners return and they tell others, which helps build a great
                      reputation and increases value.


                  2.  ACCELERATE CORE REVENUE STREAMS:  We will focus on helping you sell through creative
                      site visits and partnerships to drive room nights and F&B. By executing an extraordinary site visit
                      to influence the decision of a planner, or collaborating with the catering team to build a one-
                      of-a-kind special event to keep a group on site, the right DMC partner can accelerate your core
                      revenue streams.


                  3.  MAXIMIZE DMC COMMISSIONS: In order to maximize commissions to the resort, your DMC
                      partner must win. The commission rate doesn’t matter if the DMC doesn’t secure the majority of
                      the group business at the resort. Hello!’s client reach, reputation, and experience make us the
                      best choice to maximize capture rate and amplify DMC commissions to your resort.
