Dear Stephanie, Katie and the Comcast Team,
Thank you so much for allowing us to present our ideas based on your needs for your February 2020 NADA
Client Party. We too believe in connecting you to what matters and that is your clients. It has been such a
fun week putting together this proposal for you. We are ecstatic to be in consideration to partner with you
on this program.
I definitely would like to schedule a call next week to review the proposal in a bit more detail but for a quick
summary, below is our understanding of your needs for the 2020 NADA Comcast Client Party along with a
few of our thoughts:
NADA Client Party for 600-650 guests at LIGHT Nightclub at Mandalay Bay – (Friday, February 14,
2020)
This night is about celebrating your clients and showing them the best NADA party, always wanting to top
last year’s great celebration. It is important to keep guests engaged and guessing so that they don’t want to
leave. Vegas can be a distraction, but you can bring Vegas into your event and keep guests partying all night
long through three acts. Through these acts, we switch up the party every hour to keep guests excited and
waiting for the next big thing.
ACT ONE: Welcome to the Show
Guests are welcomed to the evening with Vegas style entertainment that will lure them in. With new acts
around every corner, they will want to see what is waiting for them.
ACT TWO: The Future Is Now
The entertainment and activations from Act One disappear. The night lights up with LED lights all around,
on the screens, on the entertainment, on giveaway glasses for your guests. All the entertainment and
activations here are from the future and the future is bright.
ACT THRE: The Finale
All entertainment goes away and Macklemore takes the stage. Guests dance and sing to the headline
entertainment until the AM.
Consider this the foundation to get the wheels turning and the excitement ready for your 2020 NADA Client
Party. Following your review, we would like to schedule a call to go through in more detail. From there, we
can revise and recommend further adjustments, as necessary.
