3.4 DESCRIPTION OF THE OLD COURSE
Hole 3
Hole 4
Great par 5. The tee shot should be kept in the middle. Do not be tempt- ed and keep it up the right side. The small trees on the right are not easy to get out of, if you loose the ball. Avoid the mound in the middle on your sec- ond shot. The green is very deep, but otherwise fairly at.
Hole 5
Short but dif cult par 4. Place your tee shot in the open area, before the hole tightens in about 175 meters out - use target area in the woods behind green. From there, you will have about 150 meters to a fairly at green. Avoid missing the green on the right side.
Hole 6
The beginning of the three most beau- tiful holes on Skjoldenæsholm. The longer the tee shot the better. But stay clear from the left side and the small trees on the right. Get your second shot on top of fairways before it starts to go downhill. From that spot it is about 100 meters to the green.
SKJOLDENÆSHOLM G O LF R E S O R T
Avoid the mound in the middle of the fairway about 225 meters out. Long hitters can get over. The green is ele- vated and has many dif cult slopes.
