Related agencies of the Region of Waterloo who have their own identifying logos will be permitted to utilize them for business purposes but must include the Region’s logo as part of the overall design unless otherwise stated.

This joint identification will help clarify ownership by the Region and avoid confusion with other facilities owned and operated by urban and rural communities within the region.
This page shows the dual identification of examples on business cards and the proportional relationships of the two images.
Secondary typefaces should conform to the standards for the corporate identity (see page 8). The typefaces used for this purpose are:
Univers 67 Bold Condensed, Univers 47 Condensed and Univers 45 Light.
Note: These typefaces are to be used for department, divisional and address/contact information but do not limit the use of other typestyles in advertising, marketing and promotional materials.
*Special Note: Business Cards for related agencies – like those listed on this page – have the option of leaving off the Division since it is already incorporated as part of their logo.
(An example of this is the Airport and GRT business card layout to the left.)
However, the Department MUST always appear on the card. Any questions, clarification or exceptions must be directed to Corporate Communications, 519-575-4408.
The reverse side of the business card will have a 1” “Values Identifier” centred at the top followed by the individual’s phone number and the Region website address in 12 pt. Arial. The Region TTY number will also appear.
