A connective links ideas in, and between, sentences.
Select some ‘time connectives’ from the box to put into the story of
Paul’s shipwreck (Acts 27). You may find other connectives to use.

Paul and some other prisoners set sail for Italy. _____________ they landed at

a storm and everyone was very frightened. They had to throw the cargo
