I was a little sceptical about an online learning course before

joining. However, now, at the end of the course, I must say that it
was one of the best experiences with studies. Although the

sessions were online, both the Talent edge platform and the XLRI

faculty made it seem as if we were at XLRI campus.

A course that provided many insights into the nuances of
performance management in organisations. It was not easy to

complete all assignments, readings and tests; however, going

through all these provided excellent learning opportunity. The XLRI

faculty, Prof. Bagchi was working harder and went extra miles to
help the students throughout with case discussions, and even on

account statements, balance sheet etc. Very good programme.
