the masterplan for the mixed use technology campus
emphasizes connectivity of the various building types
ranging from corporate office to incubator r&d buildings to
retail and support services. buildings range from single story
to mid-rise and are designed to enhance a unified campus
atmosphere. the campus shares common use areas for open
space, parking and transportation.
