What has this business taught you about each other as a
married couple?
Zoli:
That I’m capable of much more than I ever thought. As a truck driver
with a high-school diploma, I worked my way out of the rat race. But
it never would have happened without Csilla. She was the first person
who truly believed in me.
Csilla:
I’ve learned to respect Zoli’s discipline, persistence, and sense of
order. He feels inspired by my ideas. We are different — he’s the
implementer, I’m the idea-generator — but that’s exactly why we work:
we lean on each other’s strengths.
What one sentence would you pass on to others, based
on your experience?
Csilla:
The key was always building on each other’s strengths, not focusing
on weaknesses. That’s what makes us a great team.
Zoli:
If you can learn what needs to be learned, you can do what needs to
be done. That’s not up for debate.
