ARTICLE I
Name

The name of the organization shall be The Ivy Educational and
Charitable Foundation of Houston, Incorporated.

ARTICLE II
Purpose

The primary purpose of The Ivy Educational and Charitable
Foundation of Houston, Incorporated, herein referred to as IEACF, is to
support the Greater Houston community through charitable,
educational, volunteer and collaborative efforts, as well as to transact
any and all lawful business hereby established under the Non-Profit
Corporation Law of Texas.
Since 1981, The Ivy Educational and Charitable Foundation of
Houston has offered hope and encouragement to hundreds of
individuals in the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area. The Foundation
has awarded scholarships for educational advancement, as well as,
supported the community at large through charitable giving for those in
need.

The Foundation is committed to encouraging and enabling
youth and families to reach their full potential and achieve success by
administering programs that empower, enable and educate individuals
to elevate the quality of their life.
ARTICLE III
Offices

Section 1. The registered office of the corporation shall be
located at the place designated in the Articles of Incorporation of this
corporation.
