Product Information
We apply our Penetrated CVD coating treatment(Patent right), which has surface
hardness Hv2200(HRc84) and penetrated thickness 30~100 micron, to major parts of
all valves. It increases surface hardness and wear-resistance dramatically so that our
ball valves(Mas ANSI 4500Lbs) are perfectly suitable for high temperature and high
pressure at power plant.

Inserted Seg-Ball Valve is optimized for power plant flyash, polysilicon MG-SI, Lime-
stone and High hardness slurries. Sintered TC+P-CVD or Ceramic Inserted in seg-
ment ball ensures remarkable cost saving by replacing worn out parts only.
