Kwang Shin I.S.T. Co Ltd was established in 2010 as a special manufacturer for Pre In-
sulated Tube & Stainless Steel Tube.
Pre Insulation Tube is Pre heated & insulated tube that does not require a separately
field insulation as Integral Insulating tube.
Our PIT products are mainly used for construction and maintenance of instrument
lines and pipe lines in various plant construction. In Korea, most petrochemical plants
(SK Energy, S-Oil, GS Caltex, Hyundai Oil bank, LG Chemical, Lotte Chemical) & En-
gineering Procurement Construction (EPC) companies (Toyo Engineering (Japan),
Samsung Engineering, Daelim Industry, Daewoo Engineering, POSCO E&C, GS E&C
etc..) and offshore plant companies (Samsung Heavy Industry, Hyundai Heavy Indus-
try) and Semi-Conductor factory (Samsung & SK Hynix) etc..

1. Tube through ready heat tracing and insulation process is unnecessary
that separate field insulation process 1
Pre-Insulated Tube is made of inorganic glass fiber. It’s surface consists of
heat-resisting PVC Which is well- flexible.
It is possible to deliver fluid or gas to 204℃ . At this time, the surface
temperature can maintain up to 60℃.
Products are designed with economical and high efficient.
In general, Those are available at heat pipes, condensate circulation pipe,
cooling lines, lubrication, refrigeration, liquid nitrogen, etc
2. Light Steam Tracer is made of a single non-hygroscopic glass fiber
and multiple insulation to use non-flammable glass fiber.
Fluid or sensitive temperature devices is used for chemical feed lines,
freeze protection and viscosity maintenance. 2
