The DoverLoc circular clamp functions to prevent powder from
separation from the vessel.

Construction of the DoverLoc is molded FDA compliant polyether
urethane rubber with integral stainless steel band and latch. It is
designed to work with polypropylene as well as stainless steel
canisters. The polyether urethane material has good resistance
to hydrolysis and has been tested in-house in Isopropanol,
Acetone and Toluene (MLR #1097).
