AT THE

MACKINAC POLICY CONFERENCE

During the 2025 Mackinac Policy Conference, Samaritas
worked with Carmen Lorentz Argersinger and Delta
Dental of Michigan, Laura Grannemann and Rocket
Community Fund, and Amy Hovey and Michigan State
Housing Development Authority for a powerful
conversation on how corporate, legislative, and social
service sectors can unite to prioritize Housing as a Social
Determinant of Health. Together, they explored bold,
collaborative solutions to strengthen Michigan's
workforce, grow its population, and build thriving
communities. Housing is Health Care.

Kelli Dobner, CGO of Samaritas joined by the new
CEO of Michigan Medicine, Dr. Miller, and the CEO of
Michigan Nonprofit Association, Kelly Kuhn sat down
with One Detroit for a conversation about how recent
federal funding cuts have touched the lives of
