Samaritas offers affordable living in Michigan thanks ALPENA
to our HUD-subsidized communities.

Affordable Family Housing
Multi-Family Housing communities provide safe,
affordable homes for individuals and families with
limited income who meet HUD or MSHDA eligibility
requirements.

Support Services
Residents are supported with a range of tools, ISABELLA
including medical assistance, emotional support, ∎
and additional resources.

Westland Family Center ✦ ∎
This space offers families experiencing KENT
homelessness private rooms, daily meals, onsite OTTAWA ∎ ✦
medical care, and licensed child care. Plus, access ✦
to job counseling, housing search assistance. and ALLEGAN EATON
case managers. ∎

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) WASHTENAW WAYNE
TEFAP provides commodity foods to eligible low ◆ ◆
income residents in western Wayne County and in
the downriver areas. Items are distributed at over LENAWEE MONROE
