Qualities of a good surveillance investigator

• Patience

• Persistence

• Attention to detail

• Ability to multi‐task

• Must be extremely comfortable behind the wheel of a vehicle and not get
easily spooked or nervous

Type of vehicle

• Plain outside appearance
• You want to blend in and look like many other vehicles on the road
• While driving around, take notice of the most prevalent body style
and colors of vehicles

• Rear bucket seats or bench seats
• Window tint/18%

• Ideal if you have the ability to own several different vehicles
• When necessary for a different vehicle, consider renting a vehicle
