                                       LET’S START WITH THE BASICS…
                                       YOUR COMPLIANCE TO THESE RULES WILL IMPACT BOTH YOUR
                                    INCOME AND YOUR CASH‐FLOW FOR AS LONG AS YOU'RE IN BUSINESS.
                                                    THE BASIC RULES
                                   ‐ Get the quote, engagement agreement, and invoice out as fast as
                                          possible (with payment link). Quotes don’t age well.
                                  ‐ Start no work until the signed agreement and the retainer is in (This
                                                  doesn’t include quote research).
                                  ‐ Keep an eye on your hours. Stop working when the retainer is used
                                                              up.
                                             QUALITY CHECK ALL REPORTS:
                                 No report goes out without at least two sets of eyes looking at it. Triple
                                 check spelling, grammar, opinions, and layout. No report goes out
                                 without it being perfect.
