Tan Smyth

Ruby Moon Investigations, LLC

Tan Smyth incorporated Ruby Moon Investigations, LLC in 2007. She specializes in
Witness Interviews and Statements and OSINT analysis. Tan has been an active member of
the PPIAC for 14 years, and has been on the Board for 12 years. She is also a member of
NCISS, and holds the qualification of CFI-FTER (Certified Forensic Interviewer, certified
in the Forensic Testimonial Evidence Recovery methodology.)

She has been VP of Training for PPIAC for twelve years, and enjoys creating new
opportunities for education for investigators.
