12-58.5-112. Repeal of article - review of functions. This article is repealed, effective
September 1, 2020. Prior to the repeal, the department of regulatory agencies shall review the
powers, duties, and functions of the director regarding the licensure of private investigators
under this article as provided in section 24-34-104, C.R.S.
