               As the founder and president of Denver-based Marcy Phelps & Associates Inc. (formerly

               Phelps Research Inc.), Marcy helps clients identify and prevent fraud through due diligence
               and asset investigations. She started her company in 2000 after earning a Master’s degree in
               Library and Information Science from the University of Denver. Marcy is a Certified Fraud
