緣起 ORIGIN
栓皮櫟樹樹皮，俗稱軟木，是一個極為良好又環保的材質。希望藉由我們的設 計，增加軟木產品的使用率及回收率。栓皮櫟樹產於地中海附近，25年有第 一次的採收，在這之後，每9年才能採收一次，而到第三次採收之後的樹皮， 品質才夠穩定來做成軟木塞。所以說我們認為軟木塞是一個很有價值的材料， 而它又可以被100%回收，但大家都把它丟掉，讓我們覺得很浪費。
Cork oak tree bark, commonly known as cork, is a good and eco-friendly material. We hope that our design can increase the utilization of cork products and recycling rate. Cork oak grow around the Mediterranean, to 25 years before the first harvest, after which, every 9 years can be harvested once, and after the third harvest of the bark, the quality is stable enough to be made into cork, so we think the cork is a very valuable material. And cork can also be 100% recycled, but people usually throw it away. That is such a waste.

栓皮櫟樹樹皮裁切成一定厚度後，用圓形模具貫穿直接取下再經過表面處理， 便是一般我們看到的軟木塞。而將軟木塞收集打碎之後清洗，再混膠後可以重 新壓製成各種再製產品，且應用層面非常廣泛。
Cork oak tree bark that cut into a certain thickness, with a circular mold through the direct removal and then through the surface treatment, can be made into the cork we see generally. Cork cleaning after stoppered, and then mixed with glue can be repressed into a variety of products, the application is very wide.

我們發現，大多數的人或酒館在酒開瓶之後，他們有時候會將軟木塞留起來， 但不管是否有留起來，到最後卻還是將他們丟掉，或許對他們來說軟木塞的價 值是0，但這些量累積起來回收再製能夠創造幾千幾萬的新價值，所以說軟木 塞被隨意丟棄浪費的確是我們一大損失。
We found that most people or pubs sometimes keep the cork after opening the wine, but whether they keep it or not, they still throw it away in the end. Perhaps cork is valueless to them, but these quantities accumulated to recycle and reduce can create thousands of tens of thousands of value, so it is our lost to waste such good material.
