Myelograms Lumbar puncture
These exams require special scheduling. RN will need to call patient with instructions.
IVP (intravenous pyelogram)
Hematuria,  ank pain, history of kidney stones
Creatinine if patient is older than 70 years of age, is diabetic or has heart or renal disease.
Bowel cleanser
Follow instructions of bowel-cleansing prep kit
Hysterosalpingograms (done only through days 7 of 10 of menstrual cycle)
Evaluate tubal patency, mass,  broids, adhesions
