How to cook it









                                                                          It is also important to cook lobster by size:
                   Boiling                                                Under 2 lbs- cook lobster for 10-12 minutes
                                                                          2lbs.& over- cook lobster for 15-20 minutes
                                                                          After cooking lobster for recommended time shut off heat
                                                                          and let stand for 5 minutes
                   In large saucepot, heat 3 inches water or enough to cover
