1 - Lip line. Lip liner that extends beyond the lip
line. Do not color your lip outside the line to make it
look bigger. Line just the border, but not beyond and
finish with a dab of light gloss on the center of your
lower lip; it will reflect the light and make your lips
appear fuller. The goal isn’t to make your lips look like
you got silicone injections, but just to create the best
version of what your lips can be.
2 - Dark lip liner. Please stay away from dark lip
liner, big hair and light lipstick, it’s sooo “yesterday”.
The trend now is lip liner in a shade close to your natu-
ral lip color, then add a sheer gloss. If you decide to
use dark liner, fill in your mouth completely, and then
top with a clear gloss. Stay away from drawing on a
larger-than-life lips.
3 – Eyebrows. If you have full brows, there is no
need to add color; all they need are tweezers and a bit
of brow gel. Now, if your brows are super thin, I rec-
ommend making short, feathery strokes with a pencil,
then topping brows with powder. The brows are such a
central and important feature on your face, and, when
they’re well groomed they can enhance not only your
eyes, but your entire face. As we get older, the brows
naturally become thinner, so if you tweeze them too
thin, they might never fully grow back. If you are not
sure of the shape, you need to visit a professional and
should be able to keep them groomed on your own.
