Chat Agents
I would like to recommend the LSBA Board of Governors consider
offering the LSBA membership the benefits that can be provided with a
business relationship with Chat Agents.
Chat Agents offers 24/7 live chat operators who handle client support and
customer service inquiries. Chat Agents also captures new website
visitors, engages with them, and refers visitors to attorneys.
The proposed benefit to the LSBA is a 5% royalty fee paid on any plan
purchased by members for their first year.
Subscription rates are as follows:
Starter Package - $249/month
The starter package includes 24/7 live agents; unlimited chats; lead
management and a risk-free 30-Day trial.
Standard Package - $349/month
The standard package includes all features in the starter package.
Additional features include Facebook chats, custom branding,
appointment scheduling, and exit pop ups.
Premium Package - $799/month
The premium package includes all the features in the standard package.
Additional features include live phone transfer, SMS chats and lead
screening.
