The 2019/2020 Nominating Committee is charged with nominating individuals for the following
positions:

President-Elect 2020-2021

The Articles of Incorporation dictate that nominees for the position of President-Elect have
their preferring mailing addresses in District 1. This district includes the parishes of
Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard and St. Tammany. This individual will automatically
succeed to the presidency in 2021-2022.

The following individual has advised us that he is seeking the nomination:
 H. Minor Pipes III, Orleans Parish (New Orleans)

Treasurer 2020-2022

The Articles of Incorporation dictate that nominees for the position of Treasurer have their
primary addresses in Nominating Committee District 2. This district includes the parishes
of Ascension, Assumption, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Jefferson,
Lafourche, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, St. Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John the
Baptist, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Washington, West Baton Rouge and West Feliciana.

The following individuals has advised us that they are seeking the nomination:
 Stephen I. Dwyer, Jefferson Parish (Metairie)
 John E. “Eddie” McAuliffe, Jr., Jefferson Parish (Metairie)
 Valerie T. Schexnayder, East Baton Rouge Parish (Baton Rouge)

There is no other business before the Nominating Committee at this time.
