The LSBA recruits and trains volunteers in all 5 appellate districts. Each panel is comprised
of 5-10 lawyers and retired judges. Trainings have been conducted in New Orleans and Lafayette
and the training session is available on-line. The LSBA provides the list of Receivership Panels
annually to the La. Supreme Court for distribution to all district courts statewide.

CLE Programs

The CLE Committee conducts approximately 40 CLE seminars per year. The draft 2022-
2023 seminar schedule is as follows.
