Member Outreach and Diversity Director
Tricia is responsible for outreach efforts, with specific
emphasis on the following: furthering organizational
diversity goals, objectives and strategies that produce
best practices and help to promote inclusiveness;
strengthening local and specialty bar relationships
through supporting bar programming, membership and
networking efforts; and coordinating the assessment Tricia R. Pierre LSBA members. Additionally, Christopher assists with
of present and proposed member benefits to ensure
that members have access to benefits that will enhance
their practices. She also serves as the staff liaison to
the Committee on Diversity in the Legal Profession,
the Outreach Committee and the LSBA Leadership
Class. Tricia joined the staff in March 2014.

Mary Ann Wegmann
Specialization Board Director
Working closely with the Louisiana Board of
Legal Specialization (“LBLS”), that is appointed
by the LSBA Board of Governors, Mary Ann
is responsible for the overall administration of
the legal specialization program and executing
LBLS administrative policies and directives. Mary Ann Wegmann Mary Ann joined the staff in 2017.
LBLS, a voluntary organization, promotes the
availability, accessibility and quality of the
services of lawyers in particular fields of the
law in order to better serve the public interest
and improve public access to appropriate legal
services and to advance the standards of the legal
profession by encouraging specialized education
Christopher Clarkson
Outreach Coordinator
Christopher is primarily responsible for establishing
and maintaining relationships with Louisiana’s local
and specialty bar associations to enhance or expand
programs and activities that benefit Louisiana lawyers.
Christopher also researches proposed member benefits
and makes recommendations on their potential value to
the implementation of diversity initiatives. He joined
the staff in October 2017.

Ashlyn M. Foret
Executive Administrative Assistant
Ashlyn assists the director of member outreach and
diversity with administrative duties, and with various
aspects of the operation of the LSBA in furtherance of
organizational diversity goals, objectives and strategies
that produce best practices and help to promote
inclusiveness. She also provides staff support for
outreach programs and initiatives. Ashlyn joined the
staff in 2021.
