The hot water piping is connected to a recirculating pump that provides nearly instant hot
water at all fixtures throughout the building. We found the temperature of the water at
132-degrees on the third floor, as far away from the hot water heater as possible. This
water is too hot and can easily burn skin. This is also very inefficient. We strongly
recommend that the temperature be lowered to 120-degrees.
