The date of manufacture of the hot water heater is September of 2003. This is a 50-
gallon, electric hot water heater which will be more than adequate to provide hot water
for this building.
The hot water heater is not installed in an emergency pan, as required by the current
building code. Should this heater leak, there is nothing to prevent moisture damages
throughout the first floor of the building.
