This infrared scan confirms leakage of a joint in the drainpipe, causing moisture to
accumulate on the floor.

This is a view of the pressure gauge that measures the pressure in the sprinkler system.
This gauge shows 50 psi which is within normal ranges. It should be noted that the
system does not have the required backflow preventers. It is our understanding that the
S&WB has not given permission to install the backflow valves.
