This is a view of the upper floors of the rear of your building.

The asphalt parking lot has been installed abutting your building. Algae growth confirms
that there is a moisture condition running along the base of the rear wall. We believe that
the brick wall is wicking or drawing ground water up to the top of the parking lot. The
waterproof paint on the outside of your building prevents this moisture from escaping,
causing the algae growth. You should monitor the inside of the rear wall of the building
                                                   for moisture conditions.
