Consideration of the annual employee retirement contribution equal to 10 percent of gross
wages, for LSBA and JLAP employees meeting eligibility requirements (JLAP employees’
contributions are funded through JLAP budget). Funds for LSBA employees’ contribution
were approved in the 2019/2020 budget adopted by the Board on June 7, 2019.

8. Citizen Lawyer Awards – Tricia R. Pierre
Consideration of Outreach Committee’s recommendations for individuals to receive Citizen

Update on Emeritus status as approved by the House of Delegates in June 2020 and
consideration of amending election schedule to move distribution of runoff ballots until after
the Midyear Meeting.
