Timeline – 2019/2020 Collections
May 15, 2019 – Mailed postcard alerting members of new online collection process and advising them that
they should go online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
May 17, 2019 – Emailed members that the postcard was mailed on May 15, 2019 and the introduction of the
compliance email address advising them to go online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make
payments.
May 23, 2019 – Emailed postcard to 47 members outside U.S.A.
June 14, 2019 and June 21, 2019– Emailed members that the postcard was mailed on May 15, 2019
advising them to go online to file Attorney Registration Statement and make payments.
July 26, 2019 – Emailed members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising that they
could either go online and pay or go online and download the form and mail checks. Also advised that
delinquency notices would be mailed in first week of August.
August 12, 2019 – Notices of delinquency mailed to 2,389 members who had not paid by August 5, 2019.
August 16, 2019 – Notices of delinquency e-mailed to 9 members outside the U.S.A. who had not paid by
August 5, 2019.
August 30, 2019, September 9, 2019, September 10, 2019, September 11, 2019, September 12, 2019
and September 13, 2019 – Emailed members reminding them that July 1 deadline had passed and advising
of the Certification of Ineligibility date.
September 25, 2019 – Notices of certification of ineligibility mailed to all members who failed to pay by the
September 16, 2019 deadline.
