Rachael Mills
Access to Justice Projects Counsel
Rachael works with the Access to Justice Department
to manage, administer and direct various projects of,
or facilitated by, the ATJ Program which strengthen
relationships and fosters coordination among
Louisiana’s civil justice community members and
partners. Rachael staffs the ATJ Commission’s Jordan Maier
Funding Committee, the ATJ Committee’s Pro
Bono and Disaster Response Subcommittees. She
oversees the ATJ Leadership Internship Program and
is the administrator for the online pro bono services,

to Justice Department in October 2015 after a three-
