This Vitreous Model shows how floaters are caused and demonstrates the Weiss Ring. How shadows form on the retina can be demonstrated with a penlight. This model easily explains a difficult concept that happens to all patients and worries many. The model is 3 inches in diameter and is mounted on a white opaque plastic base.
