relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a
true sense of community,” Comeau said. “It provided a great opportunity to
bring police and neighbors together under a positive circumstance.”

   This was the 9th year that D-M has participated in the event; however
the event has been going on for 34 years around the world. Neighbors in
