monthly workout event known as War-
rior Trained Fitness, an extreme workout

willing to step up and lead because they
love doing it and not just for another
performance report, the campaign will
be successful,” Richard said. “The result
of all this is strong and combat ready

Life of a Warrior is a team building
opportunity for any Airman to step up
and make in investment in themselves

“The Air Force is made up of Airmen
and works because of their dedication,”

to be leaders and mentors someday. We
want to make sure we invest ourselves
into the Airmen to make sure they are
combat ready, and healthy in all aspects.

trying to make.”
