Q: When is the Hospital scheduling the 2015 school/sports physicals?
A: July 14, 20, 22 and 30, and Aug. 5, 12, 18 and 20 at the Family Medicine Residency
Clinic in the main hospital.
We will have appointments available for children who are 6-18 years old with no
chronic health conditions (i.e. uncontrolled asthma, diabetes, heart conditions). No
additional concerns will be addressed during appointment. If your child has any
chronic medical issues, please see their primary care manager.
Immunizations will be provided during appointment. School/sports physical will
count as yearly well visit.
No walk-in’s will be permitted. Appointment times are 4 to 5:45 p.m., but please ar-
rive 15 minutes early. Please book all appointments through the appointment line
at 702-653-2273 (CARE).
