Chrome Pony Motorcycle Rally
The Chrome Pony Motorcycle Rally takes place 3
to 11 p.m. today, 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.
to noon Sunday at Veterans’ Memorial Park, Fry Bou-
levard, Sierra Vista. Enjoy short- and long-distance
tours, bike shows, games and demonstrations, live mu-
sic, a beer-and-wine garden and more. There will also
be a pancake breakfast, vendors and contests. All rid-
ers and community members are welcome.

The event takes place Nov. 21 with several long-dis-
tance to choose from: 104, 75, 55 and 40-miles. There
are also fun ride of 12 or 5 miles.
Square dance your night away
The Thunder Mountain Twirlers are having a main-
stream square dance from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. today at
the Sierra Vista Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 101
N. Lenzner Ave. Cost is $5 for members, $6 for non-
members, and free for non-dancers to watch and so-
cialize. Snacks are provided.

Adopt a retired greyhound
AZgreyhounds of Sierra Vista will conduct a grey-
hound adoption day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at
C-A-L Ranch Store, 673 SR 90, Sierra Vista.
The dogs available are all ex-racers, recently retired
from the track. The program is also in need of tempo-
rary home for these dogs.

Enjoy story time with your baby
Baby and Toddler Time takes place at 10:20 a.m.
every Tuesday for children up to 2 and parents. It lasts
about 30 minutes at the Mona Bishop Room, Sierra
Vista Public Library, 2600 E. Tacoma St. The event
includes stories, songs, rhymes and bouncing games.
No registration is required. Preschoolers 2 to 5 can en-
joy story time with parents beginning at 11 a.m. each
Tuesday.

PFLAG to meet Wednesday
The Sierra Vista chapter of PFLAG (the national
organization for Parents, Families, Allies and LGBTQ
people united for equality) will hold its monthly meet-
ing at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Unitarian Univer-

AHS launches Project Active Duty
