market! Edwards Services is proud to provide businesses the
opportunity to show support of our military members through
the AF Commercial Sponsorship Program. From 4th of July’s
Freedom Fest to the annual Children’s Holiday Party held
in December, the Edwards Services does it’s best to show
appreciation for the commitment of excellence the men and
women of Edwards AFB provide every day. We are seeking
support for these events and more in the form of funding and
event enhancements. Sponsors will receive recognition such
as logo placement on advertising materials, booth space onsite
during the event, verbal acknowledgement, mention in base
newspapers, and opportunities to network with event partici-
pants. All offers of sponsorship must be received no later than

Rentals: Your Aero Club offers Cessna 172s, Cessna 182s,

Department of Labor Five-day Transition Assistance
Program: Aug. 17-21, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The Transition
Assistance Program workshop is required for all separating

New Key Spouse Program Orientation: Aug. 18, 9 a.m.-2
p.m. Newly appointed Key Spouses must attend orientation
to complete process in becoming a Key Spouse. Orientation
covers roles, duties, base resources, Suicide Prevention, and
Resiliency Training. Part 1 of 2 of New Key Spouse Program
Orientation.
Personal Financial Readiness: Aug. 18, 11 a.m.-noon.
Learn Credit and Debt Management. This hour long work-
shop will go through the fundamentals of credit and debt
management. We will cover some of the wise steps to keep
these major programs under manageable control and how
are credit reports are rated and some steps you can use to

of good and bad debt. The overall purpose of this workshop
is to make you a more know-ledgeable consumer. Spouses
are encouraged to attend.

families of service members who are deployed, on an ex-

Consultant is on board at the A&FRC to help military mem-
bers, spouses, family members, friends and staff members
address issues such as relationships, deployment, parenting,
