Shane Dempsey

Shane holds a first class honours BSc degree in
Industrial Computing from WIT and graduated
with an MSc in Telecommunications Software
Engineering in 2001. Since that time, he has
worked as an IT consultant, recruitment advisor,
software engineer, architect and technical
manager on large-scale academic and industrial
telecoms research projects.
He keeps up to date with the latest advances in software engineering and is
an active reviewer for international technology conferences such as IEEE
CCNC & Healthcom. Shane has direct experience of a wide range of
development technologies and processes, having developed with every major
software technology stack of the past 15 years including Enterprise Java,
LAMP, Python, .NET & Javascript. He uses this knowledge to ensure that our
candidates are technically adept, well prepared and fit the needs of the
employer.

Eoin Carey
Eoin has been working in the recruitment
industry since 2001, prior to establishing
Optimize Recruitment in Kilkenny in 2009, he
worked with 2 of Ireland’s leading recruitment
consultancies, as well as being a director of a
successful specialist recruitment agency within
the Construction & Engineering Sectors in
Dublin. Relocating back to his native Kilkenny
2008, Optimize was incorporated in early 2009.
Eoin holds a Diploma in Business Studies and a Diploma in Human Resource
Management from the Institute of Commercial Management.
