                                                                   unthinkable.
Everywhere Anne goes she feels unwanted,
With the fact that there is racial segregation and

                                                                   discrimination,
          Her race, ethnicity, evermore taunted,
It is always remembered that the people above you

It is just another common oppression to her melancholy
life, When humiliation reaches its max, riots are provoked
                                                                   and associations gather their troops.
Her only protection against society is the sheath knife.
Both of the races were extremely tenacious,
All her life White rules Black.
With each side believing strongly that the opposer is

                                                                   vexatious.
Humanity has taught her that everyone has equal rights,
At the time that Anne starts to walk back home,
However, every time this topic is brought up, it sparks
There is a deafening noise of a riot, likewise to the
          fights.
clamor of the battle of Ancient Rome.
Racial segregation and discrimination is at a peak
In the act of attempting to run to safety,
Every second it grows worse, making her even more

          weak.
She is too slow to reach her destination,
Anne is strolling through the street,
An unknown person shoots her, as a result of his

Anne desires no trouble and wants no fight.
With the White race no longer being the dictators.
He keeps on a path towards Anne,
Rising up to the sight of Black and Whites,
Oh how Anne is aggravated by this man.
Holding hands? .there are no more fights.
As she continues to move forward down the street,
                                                                   ?Yes,? she screams,
She keeps her head down, fearing she will be beat.
?My hope for change has come true,? My dream.
