Leave “long term” as Reason for hire
Leave as Automatic pick up as “no”
Enter start date & populate number of
days .
Select “view” to select vehicle class –
Normally V1 – car derived van
Enter - Email address (whoever is
completing the order)
Enter – Phone number ”Office”
Enter PO Number – “Your name and
date”
Select Delivery or Walk in (If walking in it
will populate with the nearest branch to
the post code previously entered)
Delivery
If you select delivery – Enter post code to
populate address
Enter Staff Phone number for contact
Return
If collecting from delivery address select
“same as delivery location “if different
complete the relevant boxes.
Confirm reservation.
Once this has been done you will receive two emails from Enterprise confirming the booking and you
should receive a call from the branch.
