SERVICES

1 UK trunking: £0.06 per kilo, minimum £10.00

2 Additional charges - Airport to Door Services:
Applicable war and fuel surcharges

3 Additional charges - Airport to Aiport services:
Airline handling: £0.08 per kilo, minimum £9.00
Applicable war and fuel surcharges
Security charges: £0.08 per kilo, minimum £5.00

4 Service exclusions: Kangaroo (World Cargo) Ltd reserve the right to refuse for air transport
any IATA restricted items, dangerous goods, perishables, livestock and any Customs con-
trolled items. Full restriction listing for each destination available at time of booking.

5 Volumetric conversion: Volumetric weight for airfreight will be charged at the rate of 1 kilo-
gram per 6000 cubic centimetres, where applicable.

6 Rates charged: Rates quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) per kilogram. Please confirm any
additional charges for airline handling, security or volumetric weight at the time of booking.

7 Routing Information: All HAWB’s for freight services must be clearly marked as such and
contain the instruction as to whether Airport to Airport, Airport to Door, or Airport to Door
Economy services are required. Should mishandling occur as a result of failure to appropriate-
ly mark freight consignments, Kangaroo reserve the right to apply transport charges as per
our full Express tariff.

8 New Export System: Kangaroo (World Cargo) Ltd reserve the right to apply an NES Customs
charge of £10.00 per entry, if required.

9 Terms and Conditions: All goods are transported subject to the company’s Trading Terms and
Conditions, a copy of which is available on request.

10 Airfreight export consignments under 45 kilos in weight may travel via Courier mode.
