Agricultural Reports …
• Unlike “Seasonality” reports, “Agricultural” reports indicate current
trends due to things like weather and/or anything from bug infestation
to natural events occurring that can affect crops. Obviously if the South
is experiencing unusually cold weather that may wipe-out a large crop
of oranges, then the price of oranges will be affected.
• “Seasonality” Reports” tend to look at long-term trend statistics of
seasonal changes and the effects on futures/commodities prices.
